Ron told me it was a bit too soon for a coolant flush and I appreciated that. I think many other places would have jumped at the chance to make add another $100+ to the bill. Before I went to Carson City Toyota I had stopped at another place that has 4-5 locations in Nevada and asked what they thought I needed. They advised four fluid flushes, coolant, auto trans, brakes and power steering. $700 estimate and the best part was no oil change even though the light was on for an oil change. I am glad I went to Carson City Toyota. Thank you Ron! ”

“ This is a good dealership. The sales people are good and the service department does an excellent job. I have friends in other states, in the industry, and the problems others report happen far less frequently here than the average. I would purchase here before any of the other local dealerships in western Nevada or California. I have a mint low mile 2012 Mustang, and it will go nowhere else for service that I can't perform myself. When the new Broncos are available I will be purchasing one here. Service department is backed up because the Reno dealership right in my town is absolutely terrible and everyone I know makes the drive down to Carson to avoid them. ”
